Trisselwand, also known as Trisselberg or Trisselkogel, is a 1754 metres high mountain in the Totes Gebirge mountain range in Styria, Austria. Together with the Loser mountain, it is known as the local mountain of the municipality Bad Aussee. In its distinctive 600 metres high rock face a rockhouse called Trisselbergloch can be found. It is said that in ancient times the wild women used to live there and that it is inhabited by Krampuses today. On the way to the top of Trisselwand two lakes called Grundlsee and Lake Altaussee can be seen. To reach the top of Trisselwand there are several hiking and climbing routes available.
