As there is no profound way to explain chowder and Alaskan and Salmon are self speaking it is definitely a must to try this recipe.

Ingredients: (For 6 servings)

  •  100 grams onion, chopped
  •  100 grams celery, chopped
  •  50 grams green pepper, chopped
  •  1 garlic clove, minced
  •  1 can (400 grams) chicken broth, divided
  •  200 grams peeled potatoes, diced
  •  100 grams carrot, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  •  1 can (400 grams) cream-style corn
  •  1 can (400 millilitres) evaporated milk
  • 200 grams cooked salmon or salmon, drained and bones removed

Preparation:

Take a saucepan and cook onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in chicken broth until tender. Add potatoes, carrots, seasoned salt if desired, dill and remaining broth. Simmer and cover it for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add zucchini, simmer for 5 minutes. Later add corn, milk and salmon, heat it through. Enjoying it is now the last thing to be done.
