California State Route 1 also known as Highway One is a major north-south state highway that runs along most of the Pacific coastline of the U.S. state of California. In total Highway One has a length of 1055 kilometres. Famous stops are Carmel-by-the-sea, Bixby Creek Bridge, Big Sur, Hearst Castle, Solvang, Santa Barbara and Oxnard.
