Located within the U.S. states of Wyoming, Idaho and Utah, Yellowstone National Park is the first National Park in the United States and the world. It was established on March 1, 1872. Two-thirds of the world’s geysers can be found in Yellowstone National Park. Its most famous geyser is Old Faithful Geyser. Its largest hot spring is The Grand Prismatic Spring, which is well known for its striking colours.
