Milford Sound Highway, also known as Milford Road or State Highway 94 connects the large Southland town of Gore with Milford Sound. The highway has a length of 254,4 kilometres. Along this scenic route are many possibilities to stop. For example Mirror Lakes, Monkey Creek, Homer Tunnel or The Divide. At the latter it is possible to take a hike up to Key Summit. Gorgeous views of the Fiordland Nationalpark are definitely worth the effort. At the end of the highway Milford Sound and The Lady Bowen Falls are waiting.
